Our Capabilities

Hwashow offers build-to-print contract metal manufacturing for metal stampings, forgings, castings, fasteners, extrusions, machining, and plastic injection molding.

Metal Stamping (also known as pressing) is the process of placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a stamping press where a tool and die surface forms the metal into a net shape.

Castings are manufacturing processes in which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify.

Forging is a manufacturing process involving the shaping of metal using localized compressive forces. The blows are delivered with a hammer (often a power hammer) or a die.

Machining is any of various processes in which a piece of raw material is cut into a desired final shape and size by a controlled material-removal process.

Fasteners are a hardware device that mechanically joins or affixes two or more objects together.

Injection moulding (U.S. spelling: injection molding) is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mould, or mold.

Extrusion is a process used to create objects of a fixed cross-sectional profile. A material is pushed through a die of the desired cross-section.
